About the role: 

Location: Rathdowne Place, Carlton VIC

Pay: $35.72 p/hr + super

Contract: Permanent Part-Time 

Rosters available: 

Tuesday & Wednesday: PM Shift commencing 1445

Wednesday & Thursday: PM Shift commencing 1445

Wednesday & Thursday: AM shift commencing 0700

Thursday & Friday: AM shfit commencing 0700

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting residents with daily care and companionship
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and your team
• Keeping everyone safe by following health and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• A Certificate III /IV in Individual Support/Disability or completed first year of Nursing course
• Current NDISWC or willingnes to apply for one 
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (1 dose minimum)
• Vaccinated for 2026 Influenza or willing to obtain it
• Full working rights, sorry no visa sponsorship available
