Lifestyle Services Assistant

Role: Lifestyle Services Assistant - no experience required

Hourly Rate: $35.03 per hour base plus super

Contract: Casual - ideally available Mondays and Fridays at minimum

Location: Rathdwone Place Aged Care, Carlton VIC

What does your new role look like?

• Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery
• Ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction at all times
• Communicating effectively with residents, families and volunteers
• Assisting with care plans and programs
• Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents.
• Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed  

About you:

Does this sound like you?

• Certification in Lifestyle and Leisure or Certificate in Individual Support/Disability (advantageous)
• Currently have NDIS Screening Check or willing to obtain one 
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (minimum 1 dose) 
• Musical ability would be a significant advantage to help engage in group activities!
