Our Opportunity to you
We are looking to add another Allied Health Lead to manage our allied health team in the South East Qld / Northern NSW Region. Support and manage a growing team of multi-disciplinary staff, responsible for developing and expanding the services they deliver. This a fixed term full time maternity leave cover role commencing July 2025 until July 2026 with scope for a permanent role, pending business growth.
The day to day
- Support and collaborate with clinicians across regions and disciplines
- Explore local business opportunities and expand services to meet community needs in various settings, with particular focus on our home care package stakeholders in Home Health
- Manage and support you and your team’s clinical caseload
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

Your experience
- Proven operational management and team leadership skills are beneficial
- Proficiency in client management systems and relevant technological applications
- Working knowledge of funding steams such as home care packages, DVA, CHSP and post-acute care (preferred)
- Proven capability in change implementation, system improvement and innovation are advantageous
Additional
- Qualifications: Allied Health qualification with AHPRA registration
- Requirement: Valid driver’s licence, insured vehicle
