About You
- Live in and can support clients in the Box Hill including surrounding suburbs Balwan North, Croydon, Doncaster, Mount Waverley & Ringwood
- Hold an Australian Driver’s Licence and own comprehensively insured car (no international licence/shared vehicles)
- Minimum 12 months of experience delivering personal care in aged care, disability, or hospital environments
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 8/8:30am – 5pm, ideally across 3–4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available)
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start
- Passionate to working in in-home aged care (not disability or residential facility care)
What We Offer
- $34.77 to $34.93 per hour + super
- Paid travel time + $1.38/km allowance + company phone
- Permanent part-time contracts: 20 – 50 hours per fortnight
- Stable hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts
Your Role
As a valued member of the team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.
- Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support
- Medication assistance (where applicable)
- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Domestic assistance will remain an important component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
