Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

 

 

We are currently recruiting Experienced Home Care Support Workers for Campbelltown, Minto, Leumeah, Eagle Vale, Blairmount, Ambarvale, Ruse, Airds, Bradbury, Rosemeadow and surrounding areas.

  • Earn hourly rate of $31.74 to $32.56 per hour based on your experience plus 11.5% super

Your New Role:

  • Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
  • Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
  • Personal Care: experienced staff assist customers with Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
  • Client Awareness: building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
  • Safety Practices: adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

 

  

Key Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar industry and/or a Certification in Care
  • Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
  • All Australian Unity Employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 with a minimum of 2 doses

  • Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory
