Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.
We are recruiting Home Care Support Workers for multiple positions in Inner South West and Surrounding areas including-
Abbotsbury, Bankstown, Bass Hill, Birrong ,Bonnyrigg, Bonnyrigg Heights, Bossley Park, Cabramatta, Cabramatta West, Canley Heights, Canley Vale, Carramar, Chester Hill, Condell Park, East Hills, Edensor Park, Fairfield, Fairfield East, Fairfield Heights, Fairfield West, Geenacre, Georges Hall, Greenfield Park, Horsley Park, Lansvale, Milperra, Mt Lewis, Mt Pritchard, Old Guildford, Padstow, Padstow Heights, Panania, Picnic Point, Prairiewood, Punchbowl, Regents Park, Revesby, Revesby Heights, Sefton, Smithfield, St Johns Park, Villawood, Wakeley, Wetherill Park, Wiley Park, Wood Park, Yagoona and Yennora
What’s On Offer
- Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (based on your location and availability)
- $29.81 - $33 per hour (dependent on experience) + 11.5% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role
- Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
- Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
- Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
Key Requirements
- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
- Willing to travel across all suburbs that the branch services
- Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory
