As a Service Coordinator, within our Home Health program, your role will include managing a portfolio of approximately 150 customers as well as a team of Care Workers in Ballina with our branch located in Tweed Heads.

 

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a seasoned Business Leader who excels in fostering a high-performing team culture and possess in-depth expertise in the Aged Care Quality Standards, making this a valuable learning and growth experience for you.

 

Industry experience isn't a must for this role! We would welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds including those looking to make a rewarding career change from a Banking, Retail or Real Estate background.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Lead customer acquisition and growth whilst building a strong and positive brand in the community.
  • Provide dedicated client management by conducting initial assessments, annual reviews, and developing comprehensive care plans, all while building strong connections with clients' families.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Build & develop valuable relationships with various external service providers and internal Clinical and Allied Health teams.
  • Drive a forward-thinking recruitment strategy and support your team throughout the employment lifecycle, from orientation, coaching & development to performance management.
  • Promote a culture of safety and lead by example.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong focus on compliance within your portfolio.

 

Does this sound like you? 

  • Prior Customer Service/Account or Portfolio Management experience.
  • Experience in managing financial budgets, ensuring compliance standards, and working towards KPIs. 
  • People Leader experience with a track record of managing a diverse team.
  • Strong coaching and development capabilities, using both formal and informal methods to nurture your team's growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with proven time management strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, focused on building internal and external relationships to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer feedback and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated with 2 doses (Booster is optional)
