"We're serious about closing the gap on Aboriginal aged health care and looking after mob, so we must listen to the voices of our customers and the people who are on the front line every day. Instead of taking our cadet’s out of their communities and bringing them to Brisbane, we brought the training to the community.”

Our commitment

This RAP lifts the bar from the previous innovate RAP and will empower our employees to become lifelong champions for reconciliation, and to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to thrive through Australian Unity’s commitment to Real Wellbeing. These key actions are underpinned by the guiding principles of Relationships, Respect and Opportunities.
